Dating back in part to 1080 and commissioned by the first Norman Archbishop of York to provide the official residence for the Treasurers of York Minster, the house has an unrivalled history. This exciting project included the formation of 7 No en-suite bedrooms: The works comprised of the full re-wiring of electrics and complete re-plumbing of the heating systems. The installation of complete new bathroom suites. The completion of the works ensured full decoration of the bedrooms and bathrooms, flooring etc “
