Project Details:

This contract is for maintenance and refurbishment work to approximately 4500 homes throughout North Yorkshire. We carry out planned work to kitchens and bathrooms in partnership with Broadacres Housing Association. In addition to these works we also competitively quote for additional work streams such as heating and electrical upgrades, re-newing house / outhouse roofs and the replacement of existing fencing. Our Customer Liaison Officers have regular meetings with the tenants to ensure all programmes are adhered to. All our time served craftsmen are sourced from within the region and are fully vetted and trained on the contract. The whole team work extremely hard to deliver outstanding KPI results and this is why BHA choose TWL to deliver this contract.
