Walter Thompson delivers record breaking performance to Redcar and Cleveland College
Walter Thompson are proud to have been asked by Redcar and Cleveland college to assist in the delivery of the Bloodhound SSC land speed record vehicle at the college this month.
Following our recent project completion at Redcar and Cleveland college we have maintained strong links with the department and staff and we were more than happy to lend a hand to help deliver such an inspiring project to the college.
The Bloodhound SSC project is headed by land speed veteran Richard Noble, The car is primarily a rocket engine working in combination with a Eurojet EJ200 jet engine as used by the Eurofighter, the car aims to be the first land vehicle to travel in excess of 1000mph.
