This 2 + 1 year framework will see Tom Willoughby deliver a wide range of property upgrades and refurbishment works, with project values ranging from £10,000 to £200,000, across Bernicia’s homes throughout the region.

As a registered social landlord, the organisation also delivers care, support and specialist housing for residents with additional needs, playing a vital role in strengthening communities and improving quality of life across the North East.
